Smart Moves Start with SIGG Realty Group

"When my boyfriend and I first started the process of purchasing a new home, we were referred to Mike and Laura by another realtor because of this super extended range that better matched our needs. We will be forever thankful for the first realtor for sending us in Mike and Laura’s direction.

Mike and Laura listened to our needs, figured out what we wanted, and took us to look at two houses that we had found and asked to tour. They very honestly pointed out everything that was wrong with the house and were very candid in what they thought we could logically accomplish and take on, and (thankfully) strongly encouraged us to keep looking.

The house we ended up purchasing was a private sale that we came across because of one of my family connections. Despite the fact that Mike and Laura were not directly responsible for finding us the house, I am forever grateful that they were still with us throughout the process. Being first time homebuyers, we had absolutely no clue what we were doing and what steps we should follow. Mike and Laura were full of excellent advice and recommendations. We lost our original pre-approval due to purchasing a duplex rather than a single family home, and Mike and Laura were right there, providing us with a new lender who got us approved and moving on the same day, and with a more favorable rate. They got us connected with a fantastic home inspector who matched our needs and timeline and was understanding of what kind of information we were looking for. They made the process extremely seamless, sending us documents via email to e-sign, taking care of all of the scheduling and coordination between the seller and the sellers agent, and guiding us through the closing process.

We will forever be thankful for Mike and Laura. Even though we found a home through a private sale, Mike and Laura did an excellent job of helping to make sure we knew what was happening in the process. They always heard and listened to what we had to say, and made sure that we felt understood both in house hunting and the closing process. Mike and Laura will always come highly recommended!

"Laura is the best! She was thorough, professional and great to work with when searching for my home. She kept me apprised about available appointments and always let me know as soon as a new house came on the market. She was honest and forthright-no games. I feel lucky to have found Laura and her team."

"It has been a great experience working with SIGG Realty Group. Mike and Laura were easy to work with and provided great feedback to help us not only find the home of our dreams, but to also sell our home quickly. They helped us receive top dollar for our existing home. They offered suggestions on staging and preparing our home for showings. Laura is very organized and on top of every step throughout the entire process. I highly recommend SIGG Realty Group for your house hunting/selling adventure. You will not be disappointed."
